This issue is no longer reproducible with current version of the software. The CreateMobileMapPackage succeeds with warnings about which layers are not supported. The following are the error messages returned: "WARNING 003242: Service layer National Geographic Style (for Export) within map Map cannot be included in the Mobile Package for offline use. Set 'Reference Online Content' parameter to include this layer for online use." "WARNING 003242: Service layer World Topographic Map within map Map cannot be included in the Mobile Package for offline use. Set 'Reference Online Content' parameter to include this layer for online use." "WARNING 003242: Service layer World Hillshade within map Map cannot be included in the Mobile Package for offline use. Set 'Reference Online Content' parameter to include this layer for online use."
