Unable to create a map package with a map containing a hosted feature layer from ArcGIS Online.

Solution de contournement

1. Open ArcMap.
2. Add the layer from ArcGIS Online in ArcMap.
3. Click File > Share As > Map Package on the main menu. The Map Package dialog box is displayed.
4. Name the new map package.
5. Specify save package to file and check the box for option "Include Enterprise Geodatabase data instead of referencing the data."
6. Fill in the required fields for Item Description.
7. Click Analyze to validate the map for any errors or issues. 
8. Once validated, click Share to create the map package.
