This issue is not reproducible in the ArcGIS API for Python latest version. Ensure the GIS object has 'set_active=False' on the built-in account. For the Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA), ensure the login credentials are provided and the user can publish content.Solution de contournement
Connect to Portal for ArcGIS over the port 7443 URL using a built-in account. Example:
GIS ("https://portalURL:7443/arcgis", "username", "password")).
