There were two issues noted in this bug. The first issue, where users are unable to change the ownership of a group created with the 'Administrative group' option enabled to users with a custom role that have the 'Create with leaving disallowed' privilege, will be fixed with the release of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5. The second issue noted was where users were unable to assign a new custom role to a user with the default administrator role (failed with the error "Unable to change role for username. Members must not own groups with leaving disallowed") will be addressed via BUG-000174449.Solution de contournement
- Log in using the default administrator account owning the leaving disallowed group to the Portal Directory (https://machine.domain.com/webadaptor/sharing/rest).
- Click Home > Community > Groups.
- Search and click for the group in the list.
- Reassign the group to the custom role user from Supported Operations > Reassign Group.
