This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.

Solution de contournement

For ArcGIS Pro 2.5, follow the steps below:
  1. Copy the Record GUID.
  2. Select all the points which requires the Record information.
  3. Open Attribute pane.
  4. Highlight the top node points.
  5. Paste the Record GUID into the Created by Record field.
This populates the selected points of the ‘Created By Record’ field below the top node.
