Unable to add resources to an item in Portal for ArcGIS when upgrading ArcGIS Enterprise from 10.5 to 10.5.1.

Solution de contournement

In portaladmin, navigate to System > Directories > temp. Make sure the path is written as the path must be (the path must look OK here). Edit the Directory, but do not change anything, just re-save the Directory. This will fix the incorrect file path on the back-end, allowing the temp directory to be accessed successfully.
