Bogue
Unable to add hosted tile layers with a tiling scheme different from ArcGIS Online into the Map Viewer. The error message, "The layer, xxx, can't be added to the map because its coordinate system or tiling scheme can't be adjusted to align properly with the basemap" is returned.
