Unable to add a secure web map service (WMS) server connection in ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap if there is an umlaut in the username.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.Solution de contournement
Instead of entering a character with an umlaut, enter the English character. For example, instead of using a 'ü', use a 'u'. This allows the web map service (WMS) server to be added as a connection.
