Accessing Portal through 7443 is supported from internal network, not from outside network. Thus not from publicIP from outside AWS. The steps in workaround are correct.Solution de contournement
From the Amazon instance, open the Portal home app using the private IP URL. Then build the portal site on the Amazon instance. After this, deploy an ArcGIS Web Adaptor to allow access over ports 80 and 443.Étapes pour reproduire
