Bogue
Toggling between a Connected and a Subnetwork trace type in the ArcGIS Pro Trace tool pane does not utilize the propagation configuration for the tier's subnetwork definition.

Solution de contournement
When switching back to the downstream or any subnetwork-related trace, simply toggle the tier to a different one and then back.
