This is a known issue in JSAPI. There are no plans to address for 3.x. Was an existing problem with how ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer's worked in IE11. If you test the MapImageLayer in 4.2 and above, you should see that the issue in no longer reproducible. So in Map Viewer this can't be fixed. But using an app with JSAPI 4.x would solve this issue.Solution de contournement
