Solution de contournement

1. Complete steps 1 to 6.2. Open "Windows Explore".3. Navigate to where the image service was created.4. Open the ".DerivedImages" folder.5. Open the "SO" folder.6. Within the “SO” folder there will be a list of the derived images for this service, delete all files found within this folder.7. Within ArcMap open the "Image Service" drop down window, navigate to Advanced > Optimize > Service Overviews > Define. Select “OK”.8. Leave the "Service Overview Properties" as default and select "OK".9. Navigate to "Image Service" drop down window Advanced > Build.10. Be sure that "Generate derived images" is checked on. The newly added imagery will now display.
