Upgrade to ArcGIS Pro which supports inputting the time zone of date fields in publishing time in the Share as Web Layer interface.Solution de contournement
- Enable time on the layer and set a timezone on the date field before publishing.
- Embed a process in the workflow to convert local time to UTC before publishing.
- Convert the date-time field to a text field.
