The Windows Azure edition of Windows Server 2022 images contain a corrupt installation of .NET 6.0.18, which returns the error message "HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid." after installing ArcGIS Web Adaptor version 11.1.

Solution de contournement

  1. Uninstall all Esri ArcGIS Enterprise components.
  2. Uninstall IIS.
  3. Remove the IIS inetpub folder.
  4. Uninstall Web Deploy 3.6.
  5. Uninstall all .NET 6.0.X components.
  6. Reboot.
  7. Using the ArcGIS Web Adaptor version 11.1 installer, install the required IIS components.
  8. Set up SSL binding.
  9. Install Web Deploy 3.6.
  10. Install .NET Hosting Bundle 6.0.15+.
  11. Install ArcGIS Web Adaptor version 11.1.
