Bogue
The web map search bar in ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS are unable to search attributes by field if a WGS84 layer is published through a Hebrew locale machine. This is a locale related bug and also occurs in Portal for ArcGIS.

This defect is being closed as non-reproducible as the steps/data needed to reproduce the issue are no longer available. If you have a reproducible case, on a supported configuration, please contact Esri to reopen this defect.Solution de contournement
- Republished the same layer after switching the machine locale to English (United States) instead of Hebrew (Israel).
- Modify the web map to contain the old and new feature layers.
- Enable Search By Layer on both of the layers. The new feature layer does not have the search issue, unlike the previous layer.
