Solution de contournement
Stop the Portal Windows Service before making this change. 1. In Portal for ArcGIS, search for and find the insights item, note the item ID.2. Log into the Portal machine and navigate to the Contents folder, by default it is located at <a href="file:C:/arcgisportal/content/items." target="_blank">C:\arcgisportal\content\items.</a>3. Use the windows "Search" to search for the item iID from Step 1. Click to open the folder of the item. Navigate to <a href="file:C:/arcgisportal/content/items/" target="_blank">C:\arcgisportal\content\items\</a><itemid>\esrinfo\4. Open the file "iteminfo" in a text editior like Notepad ++. Look for Line 1 (it should be around row 536 in Notepad++), or search for "/apps/insights/index.html". 5. Delete the two periods to fix the URL. The line should be "/apps/insights.html". There should be no periods preceding the first slash. Save the file and exit. Notepad++ might prompt you to open it as Administrator before the edit can be saved.OR Use the App Switcher in Portal for ArcGIS to launch Insights for ArcGIS. ORLaunch Insights for ArcGIS directly from the Search Results thumbnail.
