When polygon objects are created, a geometric simplify operation is performed to ensure geometric integrity and correctness are preserved. This operation can move the vertices within a threshold of the spatial reference's XY tolerance/XY resolution. In ArcGIS Pro 2.9, a note is added to the geometry class help topic.
