The user workflow is unsupported. The Update by Alternate ID fields is expecting valid turn features for input. These turn features must have: •Edge*FCID values > 0. •Edge*FID values are not Null. •Edge*Pos values are not Null. If this is not the case, the tool ignores the turn feature, and the fields are not updated. In particular, the Edge*FID fields is very important. This tells the tool which network edge source to look at to get the alternate ID field values from. The user data is missing these field values, and the tool is not successfully updating these fields.
