The Training Sample Manager within the Image Classification Wizard does not provide the option to save the training samples.

All the outputs from the wizard save the output location defined on the first page. The idea with the wizard is to define an output location first then step through each page without having to save after every step. User can manually save a feature class when using the Training Sample Manager from the Classification Tools drop-down.
