The Train Deep Learning Model tool fails in a disconnected environment.

Solution de contournement

In a connected environment, search https://download.pytorch.org/models/resnet34-333f7ec4.pth in a browser to download the .pth file. Move the file into the disconnected environment and save it in the checkpoints folder located at C:\Users\Administrator/.cache\torch\checkpoints.

This works because the tool is trying to download the .pth file from the web and save it to C:\Users\Administrator/.cache\torch\checkpoints\resnet34-333f7ec4.pth. After the .pth file is saved in the checkpoints folder, the Train Deep Learning Model tool continues to refer to that location for the .pth file.
