The Table to Table tool will produce empty records for the SHAPE_AREA and SHAPE_LENGTH fields when copying from a geodatabase to a File or Personal Geodatabase.

Solution de contournement

Use the Table to Table tool and 1st export to a folder. Then run the Table to Table tool to export the new table into the Personal or File Geodatabase. The SHAPE_AREA and SHAPE_LENGTH fields are maintained.
