Bogue
The Table To Table tool truncates text string values with leading zeroes (0) if the values are all integers.

Leading zeros are not supported in integer fields. To maintain leading zeros, the data must be loaded into a text field. Create a schema.ini file located in the same directory as the data. Enter a non-numeric value for at least one row in the ROLLNUM column and the tool brings all leading zeroes (0) correctly.
