Bogue
The Table to Table tool fails in ArcGIS 10.1 to ArcGIS 10.2.2 when input records are CSV files, which are incorrectly formatted and have too many characters in a field. In ArcGIS 10.1, the tool runs successfully with the bad data filled out with Null.
