Bogue
The Table To Excel tool fails and returns the error message, "IndexError: list index out of range" in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.12 for the Gas Utility Network.

Solution de contournement
The issue happens while using the default python environment (arcgispro-py3). A workaround is making a clone of the python environment in the Python Package Manager. After activating/switching to the new environment, the tool runs successfully.
