The issue is not longer reproducible with newer ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise releases.Solution de contournement
This grouping functionality is supported in Map Viewer Classic, but it is not a viable option for the customer, as clustering symbology is being used for other layers in the web map, as a feature is available only in Map Viewer. The recommended workaround is to add a field to the feature class for grouping, assign the appropriate grouping value to each record, and apply symbology based on this new field. This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro versions 3.3.2 and 3.2.3, indicating that it is specific to ArcGIS Pro 3.1.4 (3.1.x) and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x (tested with 10.9.1 and all 11.x versions, including 11.3).
