The Survey123 for ArcGIS field app fails to pass the value of a field through a custom URL scheme, when a relevant expression is applied based a question that follows after.

This is a known limitation. Due to the form loading sequence of questions and values, the order of relevance and values loaded from a custom URL scheme is important. A question used in a relevant expression has to be before the relevant expression in order to process the expression successfully for any following question and allow the values to be stored in those relevant questions. If the question with the value that is used in the relevant statement is after the relevant group, when the form is loaded and processed in sequential order down the form, that group and related questions inside it is not relevant and not able to expect values, and then once the value is populated into the question after the group, the group becomes relevant but does not have the values as they were already processed. This is why order is important.Solution de contournement
Questions used in a relevant expression has to be first to set a visibility rule for any following question.
