The Survey123 for ArcGIS field app does not fully download any part of a survey after a table-list is defined for the begin_group type.

Solution de contournement

Remove table-list from the appearance column.

1. Open Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS.
2. Click New Survey.
3. Select File.
4. Navigate to and select HarrisonTestWithoutTableList.xlsx. All this .xlsx does is to remove table-list from the appearance column.
5. Prior to publishing, notice that everything appears as expected in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS. Publish the survey to ArcGIS Online. 
6. Open the newly published survey in the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app (iOS, Android, or Windows).
