The subtypes of the respective domains are not honored when editing an existing feature or adding a new feature in ArcGIS Field Maps.

This is an expected behavior when there is a coded value domain also applied to the same field used to define the subtypes.Solution de contournement
To leverage the various subtypes and to be able to switch between them when collecting and editing features, remove the coded value domain from the field being used to control the subtypes.
