Bogue
The Split tool does not copy the field value if the field has a coded value domain attached to it and has a foreign key in the relationship.

This is a duplicate of BUG-000140345.Solution de contournement
Reverse the direction of the relationship and set the cardinality to one-to-one to allow the Split tool to work correctly. In this example, set FC_1 as the origin table and FC_TYPE be the destination table, and set the cardinality as one-to-one.
