Bogue
The ‘Split Address Into Components’ tool executes incorrect results when the exception file is sourced from a table within a file or enterprise geodatabase within ArcGIS Pro version 3.3.x and 3.4.x.

Solution de contournement
Export the exception table from the file geodatabase to CSV file and use the exported file as the Exception File parameter in the tool.
