The shortcut to Jupyter Notebook (arcgispro-py3) that is created when installing the Python API through ArcGIS Pro will open the command prompt and then automatically shut down without opening Jupyter Notebook.

Solution de contournement

Open the Jupyter Notebook from ArcGIS Pro command prompt. Make sure the command prompt is opened as an administrator if the ArcGIS Pro is installed for all users.
