The Select Layer By Location tool does not work when selecting features with the Bezier curve segments in ArcGIS Pro.

Solution de contournement

Export the features as the selecting features to shapefile and reimport to file geodatabase convert the curves into straight segments. This feature class works with the Select layer By Location tool as the selecting features.

With a Standard or Advanced license, the Densify editing tool can be used to convert curves into linear segments.
