Issue is not reproducible at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.Solution de contournement
Configure the Search widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and change the maximum number of suggestions to 0 and confirm. By doing this, the Search widget shows results (not suggestions) that works fine.
