Older versions of Internet Explorer 11 are no longer supported. Internet Explorer versions with WebGL 0.91, 0.92 or 0.93 should be upgraded to have a minimum WebGL version of 0.94. The System Requirements pages for ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online have been updated to reflect this minimum requirement for the Scene Viewer and 3D scene-based web apps. The updated documentation will be publicly available next release.
