Bogue
The rule setup in Value Info of the DynamicValue table (Attribute Assistant) does not honor the Boolean optional switch according to the documentation.

Solution de contournement
The non-intuitive workaround is to set the INTERSECT_FEATURE Parameter "Not Found" to False.
