The related table does not appear in the Configure Smart Editor window after removing and re-adding to associate Portal for ArcGIS web map.

Solution de contournement

After removing and re-adding the related table to the web map, delete the current Smart Editor widget which is configured with the web map in the previous state, and configure a new Smart Editor widget with the web map in the current state.
