The RegionAbbr field is blank when geocoding intersections with the USA_ZIP4_LocalComposite StreetMap Premium locator.

When StreetIntersection matches are returned by the locator, the RegionAbbr field is meant to be blank as the locator returns two additional output fields RegionAbbr1 and RegionAbbr2 which contain the region/state abbreviation of each respective street in the street intersection match. An intersection may contain streets in two different regions/states, thus the reason for the two additional fields that may contain different region/state values.
