This defect is resolved in the ArcGIS Server 11.1 ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing/ArcGIS Roads and Highways Patch 2. This patch now available on the support site at: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/arcgis-server-11-1-arcgis-pipeline-referencing-arcgis-roads-and-highways-patch-2. This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro versions 3.1.8, 3.3.4, and 3.5, and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.Solution de contournement
