The Ready To Use tools in ArcGIS Pro fails to open with an error, "Tool has failed to open", when the licensing portal is set to Portal for ArcGIS.

The Ready To Use tools in ArcGIS Pro can only be accessed by directly providing credentials for ArcGIS Online. Connections or configured items in Portal for ArcGIS can not be used in this case. In a future release, alternate ways will be provided to use ArcGIS Online services via user's connected on-premise portal, but will likely not be accomplished through a configured item that stores credentials.Étapes pour reproduire
