The publishing process will fail at the addToDefinition request if the process is too fast in highly available ArcGIS Enterprise environments.

Solution de contournement

1. Leaving ProcMon open on any of the involved machines slows down the publishing process long enough for Machine 2 to read the information it needs for the addToDefinition Request.
   1. When ProcMon is open, publishing works 100% of the time.
2. Turning off either of the hosting servers (removing HA) results in successful publishing.
3. Publishing from ArcGIS Pro was always successful.
4. Publishing from the REST endpoint was always successful.
