The pop-up on a web map does not show the value of new fields when overwriting the map service in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.

This defect was logged against a no longer supported version of the software. The issue is not reproducible in newer versions of Map Viewer. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case is needed to continue the investigation.

Solution de contournement

  1. After configuring the pop-up, save the web map.
  2. Reload the web map, and the value for the new field displays on the pop-up.
