The issue is specific to certain data types.
The string fields are not affected, while the integer fields and the double fields, refer to the issue.
As noted in the 'Steps to Reproduce', the issue is not present in the new Map Viewer. New Map Viewer and ArcGIS Experience Builder can be used instead of Map Viewer Classic and Web App Builder.
