This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.8.Solution de contournement
Add the hyperlinks to a new field in the feature layer's attribute table:
- Configure the pop-up to include the hyperlink as a new field.
- Copy the hyperlink from the pop-up by clicking a feature on the map.
- Paste the link to the path bar in Windows File Explorer. The Windows media player is activated, and the MPG video plays as expected.
