Bogue
The Point to Raster tool creates a raster with a cell size of zero when the output is written to a file geodatabase and all points fall within the same cell in the output raster.

Set the output raster dataset to a raster format other than a file geodatabase raster.Note: This workaround is only valid for ArcGIS 10.0. The workaround causes ArcGIS 10.1 Beta 2 to crash.-In 10.1 final the work around is saving as a tiff or other format other than FGDB.Étapes pour reproduire
