Bogue
The PDF To TIFF (Conversion) tool fails if the region format is set to Spanish and the decimal separator set to ','. When the region format is changed to the regional setting and the decimal separator is set as '.', the tool works on the second run, no matter if the Write GeoTIFF Tags option is enabled or disabled.
