When using the PAGESIZE parameter is used, instead of seeing a PAGESIZE request in Fiddler, requests will make multiple requests to the server using the startIndex and count parameters. The PAGESIZE reserved keyword is not designed to work in the on-demand mode since the on-demand mode sends a spatial filter POST request to the server as user move around the map. The documentation for the PAGESIZE reserved keyword will be updated to include this limitation.
