The page unit format is set to two decimal places in ArcGIS Pro by default. It should be four decimal places as in ArcMap.

Solution de contournement

Change the setting for a project in ArcGIS Pro before importing MXDs. ArcGIS Pro > Project > Options > Units > Page units. Right click the unit and set the unit format to 4 decimal places.
