The 'Only show fields in the form' option does not honor the selection to only display the smart form question in the ArcGIS Field Maps Designer web app.

This is expected behavior for the following reasons: 1. In general, a smart form configured using ArcGIS Field Maps Designer or the Form Builder in Map Viewer will only apply during editing or collecting features in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app. When selecting or identifying features in the mobile app, it uses the popup that is configured in Map Viewer. If users want to control what fields are displayed outside of editing, then those changes need to be made to the popup and not the form. 2. In ArcGIS Field Maps Designer, when editing templates, the 'Only show fields in the form' option is essentially only a filter to limit what users are seeing in the web to the fields that are part of the form. This is not a setting that gets saved to the templates with other changes.
