The object store ID changes after restoring the object store, resulting in inaccessible hosted scene layers.

Solution de contournement

Stop the ArcGIS Server service and open C:\arcgisserver\config-store\data\cloudStores\AGSDataStore_objectstore_<variable>\dataltem.json in a text editor such as Notepad++. Change the ID to the original ID (ID from step 3). Start the ArcGIS Server service and the hosted scene services can be accessed successfully.
