The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.6. There is a new map projection algorithm 'perspective cylindrical' which is able to be accessed from creating a customized projected coordinate system.

Solution de contournement

In ArcGIS Pro 2.6, navigate to the coordinate systems page in the map properties.
Click the add coordinate system button, and choose a new projected coordinate system.
On the window, there is a projection drop-down, and search the perspective cylindrical projection from the drop-down.
